Dim Sum – chicken or veggie goyzas (pot sticker) dumplings

Cooking instructions

Cook from frozen use a 3qt/20cm saucepan bring 1/2 pot of lightly salted water to boil add a few drops of oil into the boiling water add frozen goyzas in and turn to medium heat boil for 5-7 mins, gently keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom, heat up a non stick pan drizzle some oil for pan fry remove cook goyzas from water onto the pan cover with lid and cook at medium to high heat till the bottom is golden brown flip to the other side and cook for another 2 mins before serving.

Very popular crispy beef  

Cooking instructions for oven:

defrost first
preheat oven at 425F
place beef on baking tray
bake for 25 mins
toss and bake for another 20 to 25 mins till all crispy
heat up sauce in microwave till piping hot, mix beef and sauce together, drain excess sauce and serve

Cooking instructions for air fryer:

preheat air fryer at max
cook at 400 or max for 20 to 25 mins, toss in between cook for another 10 mins if requires
heat up sauce in microwave till piping hot, mix beef and sauce together, drain excess sauce and serve

Chicken spring rolls

Cooking instructions for oven:

preheat at 425F
defrost before cooking
place in baking tray
bake for 20 -25 mins till golden brown and crispy flip over and bake for another 20 mins till golden brown and crispy

Cooking instructions for air fryer:

preheat at max
defrost before cooking
cook at max for 20 mins
flip to the other side for another 15 to 20 mins ready to serve when both sides are crispy

Dim Sum – Har Gow (shrimp dumplings)

Cooking instructions:

Steam
defrost before cooking
wait till water is boiling hot
place dumplings on top of parchment paper in a steamer with lid on steam for 18 mins remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins before serving

Dim Sum – Sui Mai (chicken)

Cooking instructions

Steam
defrost before cooking
place dumplings on top of parchment paper in a steamer with lid on steam for 25 mins remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins before serving

Dim Sum – lotus pocket with chicken

Cooking instructions:

Steam
defrost before cooking
wait till water is boiling hot
place in steamer
parchment paper is not required
steam for 25 mins before serving
